Ceramic water filters are made in Kampala, Uganda by the Spouts Company. They produce the Purifaaya filter in 3 models. I had emailed them in December to arrange a tour of their facility. They welcomed in GFI and showed us their filter making process. We had invited Lenny Christine to come with us from Yumbe. She is one of the women interested in producing ceramic filters.
